It is much wiser to act, achieve success but to not take the credit. When you act to gain acknowledgment and not because it is the right thing to do, the only thing you gain is self-destruction through self-indulgence. If you fill yourself with credit, then if things fall apart, you will not be prepared to pay the consequences.
