Do you have Daily Goals?

The one sure way to maintain a healthy and productive life is to make sure you have consistent goals that you are trying to reach and have established steps with which you can measure your progression. Some goals you might never reach, but the simple fact that you made progression toward them will help you when you are pursuing other goals. When you get in the habit of taking steps toward your goals then your successes will come frequently.
