Dont get angry....

Anger is a result of letting something bother you to the point that you can’t control your actions. This is when your thoughts are expressed in outward aggression and turn into unintended, hurtful actions towards people and things you did not really intend to hurt. When you feel as if you are at that point of anger you should separate yourself from others and find a place within yourself to calm down. Think about what you really want to say before expressing your thoughts. By doing this, you will save your relationships and your intentions will not be misunderstood….(3D)
