Dont let other people weigh you down

People judge how others are doing by looking at their outside appearance and how they carry themselves. We tend to lean on these people when we have an issue or problem. But being a crutch is draining. Don’t let others weigh you down with their problems unless they are people who are willing to help you in return with your problems. If they only take from you, you will not have enough strength to handle your own issues. Sometimes you must tell people you can’t listen to their problems because once you do, they become your problems. People want you to share in their problems because a problem divided is much easier to overcome. That is understandable but choose which battles you take on with others. Help the friends who provide support for you in return, or else you will lose your strength….(3D) www.amileaday.com
