Being a leader is more then a title....

If given the opportunity to lead most would decline. People love to have the title of leader because of the glory it brings but they don’t want the responsibility that it carries with it. A leader must be willing to accept all responsibility for the actions of its followers and be willing to sacrifice themselves if things go wrong. Leaders never point a finger at anyone unless they are looking in the mirror. We must realize we are leaders to people around us whether we want to be or not.
